We are looking for a technical support analyst to join our operations team. The candidate must have genuine enthusiasm for technology and working with other people. This is a unique opportunity to work for one of the leading commercial open source projects in the world.

Major Duties. The Technical Support Lead will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our production websites, providing technical support to our customers and coordinating the efforts of the technical support team. You must be able to manage multiple priorities, while continuing to provide great service to all of our customers. You should be detail oriented and have strong technical aptitude. We are looking for someone who likes working with other people in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with technical experience (consulting, technical support, etc.) who is looking to gain management experience while maintaining his or her technical expertise. Periodic on-call duty and night/weekend work are required.
