Purchase Support

For customers who purchase our software, Funambol provides annual software maintenance and technical support, including technical assistance, troubleshooting and updates. This is priced at 20% per year of the license or subscription fees, with a minimum of $20,000 (16,000 euros) per year.

We also offer a KickStart package which provides training and initial professional services designed to get your project off to a successful start. It costs $10,000 (8,000 euros) and is described on our Support Overview page. For more information about Funambol support and services, please contact our sales team.
