Junior UX Analyst

As a Junior UX Analyst, you will actively contribute to product design, definition, and development, with a keen focus on UX aspects.

Depending on company needs you'll be focused on

• Business Analysis: Collaborate with the Product Owner and your teammates, taking ownership of product features through feature analysis, functionality description, daily interaction with development teams, participation in product discovery and strategy, and assistance in evaluating feedback to ensure high quality of deliverables, including advocating for the user perspective by using the application as a real end user would.
• UX definition: Concentrate on user satisfaction by ensuring the product meets user needs through user research, design/prototyping, usability testing, and data analysis, utilizing tools such as Firebase and Google Analytics.

Our two-week sprints involve defining product requirements through design sprints, closely following the development cycle across multiple platforms. Embracing empirical approaches to product definitions, we iterate over problems, experiment with A/B testing, prototyping, spikes, and measure the impact on end-users. Our continuous improvement cycle includes gathering real-world feedback through data analysis (Firebase and Google Analytics), resulting in iterative store releases. Our application is utilized by hundreds of thousands of people globally, spanning diverse countries and cultures.

• Passion and curiosity for product analysis and user experience
• Smart and proactive attitude
• Genuine interest in UX and user research
• Good level of English (you will work in an international team)
• Proficiency with computers and smartphones (you will be working on and analyzing software products used by real people)

This is a fixed-term contract position (maternity leave replacement). This role is based in our Pavia office in Italy, where you'll collaborate with colleagues from Portugal, Ukraine, Germany, and the USA, fostering a daily experience of diverse and multicultural interactions.
